We’re finishing up a noteworthy project for a 45,000 sq ft medical center in San Jose, CA. This building has a second story, walkable, mechancial mezzanine. This allowed for a smooth installation and service experience. All ductwork connects to 27 @aaonhvac rooftop units, delivering efficient, reliable airflow throughout the facility. We had our grand opening of our 2nd location in Livermore, Ca 2 weeks ago and it was awesome! We did some light remodel to the space to make it ours including new flooring, paint , lighting, and glass work. Custom filter walls within a few roof top units. The existing filter racks were built to only house 2” merv 9 filters. The customer wanted to be able to add 24x24x12 Hepa filters as added filtration, while also using 2” pre filters. The lonely single make up air drop plenum before the secondary sheet rock ceiling goes in. This commercial retail space is under apartments and needs 3 stages of soundproofing before the concrete division floor. 3” thick spray foam done by @bay_area_insulation_services /drywall/t-bar drop ceiling. We will have 5 high static units below the drywall, but above the t-bar drop ceilings. All units and ducting could not be supported by the drywall ceiling framing. Which meant a lot of layout and foresight went into play for dropped all-thread hangers that had to be installed ahead of time. @citydog_club

Custom made filter racks for this air handler. The customer had mesh sheets as a filter, with zip ties securing it to the grill before 🤦🏼‍♂️. Nice and clean now and easy to maintain.
Unistrut racking and support we installed for the frame work to attach and cantilever past. This will hide the mechanical units and provide a nice reveal in this new @equinox gym in San Ramon!
We’ve made some serious progress and changes at our new shop since we’ve moved in. All new LED lighting, built up the separation wall between the office and ware house and removed all the tbar ceiling to make a bigger,open feel. New paint all throughout. We’re Not done yet but getting there. One of the BIGGEST hurtles was the floor. The shop floors were completely beat up when we moved in. After a few weeks of grinding and trial runs of epoxy coating, we finally called in some pros. HUGE thanks to @otepoxyfloors for saving us and getting these floor looking awesome!🙏🏻🙌🏻🇺🇸
